PROJECT 2: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS REPORT
This project is a group project which consists of 8 members in a group to conduct a comparative analysis of two case studies between local heritage buildings. The buildings that my group will be comparing is Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka and Stadium Merdeka. We are required to make a max.25 pages booklet to compare the two buildings in the term of assemblage, chronological indices and evaluation of information; composing and organization of study; assembly of illustration and text; design layout composition; poster and presentation.
This project introduced visual and critical thinking through learning from precedents with diagramming, and to introduce the basic principles of form, space, and order in the architectural design of Modern Malaysian architecture.

The TGC that I gained throughout this project is LIFELONG LEARNING
as we are able to demonstrate an understanding of cultural, historical,
and established architectural theories, philosophies, and context.

Moreover, the TGC that I gained from this project is INTERPERSONAL
SKILLS as we can understand team dynamics and mobilize the power
of teams. We are able to cooperate and work together throughout
the whole project.

Other than that, the TGC that I gained throughout this project is
COMMUNICATION SKILLS as we are able to show the appropriate
the sequence of historical periods and how they are represented
architecturally.
